On December 23, 2023 and March 7, 2024 (Reconsideration), the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (“OSSTF”) successfully defended against an application alleging discrimination in job competition on basis of gender and disability in violation of Ontario Human Rights Code. 

Fasken represented OSSTF with a team led by Mathias Link which included Rachel Counsell.
