GoGold Resources Inc., a Canadian mining company, completes a C$86.25 million bought deal financing to support the development and exploration of its Los Ricos South and North projects in Mexico.

GoGold Resources Inc., a Canadian-based silver and gold producer focused on operating, developing, exploring and acquiring high quality projects in Mexico, completed a C$86.25 million bought deal financing, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The company issued over 47 million common shares at C$1.82 per share, with the capital raised earmarked for advancing the development of its Los Ricos South project, supporting exploration activities at its Los Ricos North project, and funding general corporate initiatives.
