Strand Hanson advised IFX (UK) Ltd (trading as IFX Payments) on its acquisition of Argentex Group PLC, following a competitive bidding process, implemented by way of a Scheme of Arrangement. As part of the transaction, IFX provided a £6.5 million bridging loan and a £20 million revolving credit facility to Argentex.
