Ambion Heating raises new equity and converts the venture capital convertible loan provided by the UK Government’s Future Fund

Ambion Heating, a leading UK low-carbon heating technology business, achieved the conversion of its venture capital convertible loan from the UK Government’s Future Fund and other lenders into equity, as part of a new equity subscription by existing shareholders.
