Harnois Énergies, a leading player in Eastern Canada in the wholesale and retail distribution of petroleum products, has successfully obtained clearance from the Competition Bureau of Canada for the combination of its New Brunswick assets with Michaud Petroleum through the creation of the Michaud Harnois Énergies joint venture.
This transaction will strengthen the strategic position of Harnois Énergies and Michaud Petroleum in the energy distribution sector in New Brunswick.
