On May 29, 2025, Jane Software Inc. (Jane) closed a C$500 million plus secondary financing round led by Silicon Valley private equity firm Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), with participation from JMI Equity and Tidemark Management Company.

Founded in 2012, Jane is a Vancouver-based private company that helps health and wellness clinics streamline administrative and clinical workflows.

Fasken advised Jane on the financing with a team led by Ally Bharmal, and including Reina Mistry, Camille Malone, Kulshan (Shawn) Mahal, Iain Mant, David Rosenbaum, Mike Coburn and Antonio Di Domenico.
