Robex Resources Inc. closed its best efforts public offering for gross proceeds of over C$126 million.

The offering was led by SCP Resource Finance LP, as sole bookrunner and lead agent, on behalf of a syndicate of agents including BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.

This equity financing will contribute for the development of Robex Resources’ Kiniero Project.
