The People's Internet Experiment Inc. dba ZeroClick, a platform providing ‘contextual advertising’ in AI search platforms, announced its acquisition of Sleek, a browser automation and shopping platform.
The acquisition accelerates ZeroClick’s mission to connect people with additional context from advertisers in all of the places where people use AI to help make decisions, especially in the browser.
Fasken advised ZeroClick with a team led by Hardeep Gill (Tax) and Enoch Chang (M&A), and included Chris Ross (Tax), Zaira Petruf (Tax and M&A), Jordan Thompson (LEHR), and Nina Rajic (Intellectual Property).
