On October 23, 2025, Felix Health, a Canadian digital healthcare provider, announced the closing of a C$53 million growth financing round to expand personalized telehealth services across Canada.
The round was led by the Canadian Business Growth Fund (CBGF), with participation from Whitecap Venture Partners, BMO Capital Partners, BDC’s Women in Tech Venture Fund, Scotiabank and H Venture Partners. The financing includes a combination of equity and debt, supporting Felix Health’s strategic growth initiatives and its continued investment in innovative care offerings.
