On October 31, 2025, 2679158 Alberta Ltd. (the “Company”) closed its acquisition of Global Helium Corp., one of Canada’s largest helium exploration and development companies, pursuant to a court approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) (the “Transaction”).
Fasken advised the Company in connection with the Transaction with a team comprised of Bradley Schneider, Jason Giborski, Gabriel Lam, Samuel Kalmakoff and Anny Yoo (Mergers and Acquisitions).
