Fasken advised Investissement Québec on the creation of Fonds Impulsion, a venture capital fund of over $200 million, designed to ensure the sustainability of the government’s Impulsion PME program, which supports Québec-based tech startups in the early stages of growth. 

A Fasken team composed of Anabel Quessy, Jean-Philippe Joyal, Jean-François Noël, Ahmed Kisserli, Bianca Arrelle-Petit, Sarah Thériault (paralegal) and Rami El Hama (student) advised Investissement Québec in this project.
