On June 1, 2025, Pembina Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Anthem Sports & Entertainment, Inc., completed its acquisition of the Hollywood Suite Group of Companies.
Anthem Sports & Entertainment, Inc. is a Toronto-based global multiplatform media company. The Hollywood Suite Group of Companies is an independent Canadian broadcaster which operates four linear TV channels featuring films from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, and which are also available on-demand.
