On December 18, 2024, Electrovaya Inc., a company listed on NASDAQ and TSX manufacturing and supplying safe and long-lasting lithium-ion batteries, successfully completed an overnight marketed public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of approximately US$12.8 million, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option.
