Spherea Tests & Services has acquired full ownership of Averna Technologies Inc. following the closing of the transaction on January 8, 2026.
This milestone strengthens Averna's position as a global leader in test and quality engineering while expanding its ability to deliver high-value solutions to clients worldwide.
By joining forces, this new combined group will become one of the largest independent system integrators dedicated to test and quality across a wide range of industries, including aerospace & defense, consumer electronics, medical devices, automotive & transportation, data centers, and power & energy.
The transaction is supported by Andera Partners, with continued reinvestment from Walter Capital Partners and both management teams.
A Fasken team composed of Marie-Josée Neveu, Cristel Chabot-Lapointe, Julien Ducharme and Irina Agossou advised Averna Technologies Inc. in this transaction.
