December 15, 2025 – Actenum Corporation (“Actenum”), a pioneer in AI-powered scheduling and optimization technology primarily in the oil and gas sector, sold the company to Prometheus Group Enterprises, a global leader in enterprise asset management software.
The move expands Prometheus Group’s AI capabilities and further strengthens its position as the definitive platform for operational performance in asset-intensive industries.
