Barry Hamel Equipment Limited (Barry Hamel), a long-established supplier of welding equipment, consumables, and gases, servicing BC, has announced its sale to Air Liquide Canada, a subsidiary of Airgas.
This acquisition includes three Barry Hamel locations in Coquitlam, Abbotsford, and Saanichton, British Columbia.
Fasken advised the shareholders of Barry Hamel with a team led by Adrian Wan (Corporate/Commercial), and included Carmine Boskovich (Real Estate), Zach Romano (Natural Resources/Indigenous), Christopher Ross (Tax), Shiva Bakhtiary (Corporate/Commercial), and Lucky Johal (Real Estate).
