On February 26, 2024, Vertica Capital Partners ("Vertica") announced its acquisition of Condo Control Central, a Toronto-based SaaS platform providing property management software to condominium and homeowner associations across North America. The transaction, represents Vertica’s investment in a vertical software platform focused on the property management industry.

Financial terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

Fasken advised Condo Control Central with a team led by Will Shaw, Chris Dittrich, and which included Satnam Singh Dosanjh and Alec Mcllwraith-Black.
