On April 10, 2026, Secure Blockchain Development Corp. successfully completed an all-stock acquisition of Agentic Solutions Limited, an open-source AI Technology company built on elizaOS, created by Eliza Labs. The Eliza Foundation also invested in Secure Blockchain Development Corp. as part of a broader non-brokered private placement financing of C$1.5 million of units of Secure Blockchain Development Corp.
