In May 2025, a provincial health authority completed a procurement of a multi-year subscription for an AI enabled patient journey and care software platform, together with related professional services, to support system wide clinical operations and improve patient outcomes.
Fasken acted as lead counsel throughout the transaction, advising the client’s business and procurement teams and drafting and negotiating the enterprise SaaS agreement and associated statements of work for a solution designed for potential deployment across multiple provincial health authorities.
