On November 25, 2025, AGA announced the integration of the group insurance portfolio of Groupe financier Powers, a step that strengthens its presence in Québec.
Organizations previously supported by Groupe financier Powers will now be served by AGA and will benefit from its full range of group insurance solutions as well as the expertise of its teams.
This acquisition allows AGA to expand its reach in Canada and grow its client base.
