On September 3, 2025, Co-operators announced the acquisition of Agence d’Assurances Montcalm Inc., further strengthening its presence in Québec through the integration of the agency into its network.
This acquisition aligns with its growth strategy to continue expanding across the province. Since launching this strategy in 2017, Montcalm is the seventh company to join Co-operators, which now operates 13 corporate branches in Québec.
