The AUC held that it remains just and reasonable to allow electric distribution utilities to invest in new residential customer connections up to a prescribed MIL amount. The AUC approved a residential MIL of $3,016 for all four electric distribution utilities for 2024, to be escalated the remainder of the 2024-2028 performance-based regulation term.
