On February 27, 2026, Turnium Technology Group Inc. (TTGI), a global leader in Technology-as-a-Service and partner enablement services, completed its acquisition of substantially all the assets of Insentra Management Services Pty Ltd., a provider of professional and managed IT services based in Australia, and certain of its subsidiaries.
