On May 7, 2026, Yocale.ai, an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty and wellness industry, announced the trading of its Class A common shares on the CSE under the symbol “YAI”. The Company also completed a non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of C$435,000, pursuant to which the Company issued and sold a total of 1,740,000 shares at a price of C$0.25 per share.
