On March 23, 2026, AGA Benefit Solutions, a Canadian employee benefits and retirement consulting firm, acquired the business of Cartesia Consulting 360° Inc., a Montréal-based retirement plan consulting firm specializing in the management of employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Through its expertise in plan design and implementation, investment option selection, communications, and governance, Cartesia established a strong reputation in the retirement consulting sector over more than 20 years.
The acquisition accelerates the growth of AGA’s retirement services practice and expands its capabilities in delivering retirement plan consulting solutions to Canadian employers. The transaction also supports Cartesia’s succession plan, with co-founder Nathalie Charette retiring and co-founder Sophie Séguin joining AGA as Director, Group Retirement, ensuring continuity for clients and contributing to the continued development of AGA’s retirement team.
