On May 28, 2026, AGA Benefit Solutions, a Canadian employee benefits and insurance solutions provider, acquired the operations of Quikcard Solutions, a Canadian provider of health spending accounts (HSAs), wellness spending accounts (WSAs), administrative services only (ASO) plans and other employee benefits solutions.
Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Quikcard Solutions has developed a strong presence across Western Canada and the rest of the country. The acquisition strengthens AGA Benefit Solutions' position in the spending account market, expands its presence in Western Canada through a new Edmonton office and reinforces its commitment to providing employee benefits solutions to Canadian organizations.
