On June 1, 2026, Ni-Co Energy Inc., a junior exploration company focused on identifying and developing mineral properties in Québec, filed a final prospectus in connection with its proposed initial public offering.
The offering is being conducted on a best-efforts agency basis by Research Capital Corporation and consists of a maximum offering of 12,000,000 common shares for gross proceeds of C$3.0 million, in each case at a price of C$0.25 per common share. The Company and the Agent may jointly elect to have up to 1,333,333 flow-through shares issued at a price of C$0.60 per share, and the Agent has been granted an over-allotment option to acquire up to 1,800,000 additional common shares. The TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally approved the listing of the common shares under the symbol NICE, subject to fulfillment of the TSX Venture Exchange's listing requirements.
