This milestone strengthens Averna's position as a global leader in test and quality engineering while expanding its ability to deliver high-value solutions to clients worldwide. By joining forces, this new combined group will become one of the largest independent system integrators dedicated to test and quality across a wide range of industries, including aerospace & defense, consumer electronics, medical devices, automotive & transportation, data centers, and power & energy.
