WELL Health Technologies Corp. acquires assets held by Ontario Imaging Diagnostics brand

On June 1, 2026, WELL Health Technologies Corp., through its subsidiary MyHealth Partners Inc., acquired the assets of several private medical imaging and healthcare clinics operating under the Ontario Imaging Diagnostics brand.

This acquisition provides the WELL network with a strong, well-established clinical team and underscores the depth of talent that exists across the Canadian healthcare landscape. This acquisition will also benefit from WELL’s shared services infrastructure, technology platforms and proven clinic operating model.
