On February 26, 2026, Export Development Canada (EDC),the senior secured lender of SRTX Inc., was involved in the CCAA proceedings and court-approved sale of SRTX to A.Y.K. International Inc. following the completion of the company's strategic review process and a structured sale and investment solicitation process.
SRTX is the Canadian materials innovator behind the Sheertex® brand. The transaction was approved by the Superior Court of Québec and resulted in the acquisition of the company by A.Y.K. International Inc., a Canadian hosiery-focused company.
