On March 13, 2026, Groupe F. Dufresne entered into a joint venture with NoLimits and completed the acquisition of six A&W franchises in Québec.
The partnership was established to support continued growth in the quick-service restaurant sector and combines Groupe F. Dufresne's operating platform with NoLimits' restaurant expertise. According to the parties, the joint venture had already acquired six A&W restaurants and anticipated the addition of approximately fifteen more locations in the near term. The transaction strengthens Groupe F. Dufresne's presence in the restaurant industry and supports its broader growth strategy in Québec.
