On June 2, 2026, Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (NYSE:HIMS), a healthcare technology company, acquired EUC Management Pty Ltd in a transaction valued at approximately US$1.159 billion.

The acquisition supports Hims & Hers' continued growth and expansion. The consideration included upfront cash payments, deferred payments and potential earnout payments, subject to customary adjustments and conditions.
