On March 30, 2026, Mistplay Inc., a Montréal-based mobile gaming rewards and loyalty platform, completed the acquisition of Mobivity Holdings Corp.'s Connected Rewards™ platform and related assets.
The acquisition expands Mistplay's LoyaltyPlay business by combining in-app gaming rewards with real-world brand offers and loyalty experiences. Connected Rewards enables consumers to earn rewards through gameplay that can be redeemed with participating brands, creating opportunities for engagement across digital and physical channels. The transaction strengthens Mistplay's position in loyalty gamification and supports future growth opportunities in industries including mobile gaming, fintech and e-commerce.
