On February 20, 2026, Marc Edwards and Charles Lambert indirectly acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Multi-Moulures Inc. and 9262-3149 Québec Inc.
Multi-Moulures is a Québec leader in the design and manufacturing of custom mouldings, flashings and metal products for roofing, exterior cladding and ventilation, with more than 35 years of experience in the industry. The company operates from its facilities in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and Boucherville, Québec.
The sale of Multi-Moulures represents an important milestone for founders Yves Mathieu and Patrick Mathieu, who successfully built and operated the company for more than three decades.
