On January 30, 2025, Namakor announced the acquisition of Metallomax , a Québec-based manufacturer of specialized lift platforms and customized industrial transport equipment.
Founded in 2005, Metallomax designs and manufactures customized industrial transport equipment and has developed its Redlift line of lift platforms. The acquisition represents Namakor’ seventh platform investment and fifteenth transaction overall and is intended to support Metallomax’s continued growth and expansion into new geographic regions.
