On June 30, 2026, Corporation Financière Champlain (Canada) inc., as lead investor alongside Fondaction, completed the acquisition of the Serge Fortin Group of Companies and the NOC Group and their combination with Ventilation Jean Roy.
The transaction brought together three Québec leaders in the installation and maintenance of HVAC-R systems to create a larger platform positioned to become a leading provider of HVAC-R services in Québec. The combined group benefits from complementary technical expertise, expanded operational capabilities and a broader presence across commercial, industrial, institutional and residential markets. The transaction supports the continued growth of the platform and strengthens its ability to execute larger projects, attract talent and support the energy transition of buildings across Québec.
