Medavie Inc. (“Medavie”), a leading Canadian healthcare solutions provider, completed its strategic acquisition of Medicentres Canada Inc. ("Medicentres") on April 30, 2025. Through this transaction, Medavie has substantially broadened its healthcare delivery network, establishing a strong presence across four provinces - Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario - while strengthening its primary care service offerings.
