Pierre Jolin secures dismissal of professional liability claim, upheld on appeal

Fasken represented lawyer Pierre Jolin in a professional liability claim that led to a trial lasting more than one month before the Superior Court of Québec.

At the conclusion of the trial, the plaintiff’s claims were dismissed. The decision was subsequently appealed, and the Québec Court of Appeal also dismissed the plaintiff’s claims.
