On October 5, 2026, Pomerleau announced that it had completed the acquisition of Groupe ALLEN, a Québec construction company founded in 1945, whose operations include water treatment, process mechanics, directional drilling, formwork and earthworks.
This acquisition brings together two well-established Québec companies and aims to strengthen their capacity to carry out large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the area of water treatment. ALLEN Group is now a subsidiary of Pomerleau and will continue to operate under its own name, with its current management team.
