Overview

Client

ADRM TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING GROUP CORP., Philippe Bisson, and Nehman Hokayem

The clients along with others were investigated for bid rigging arising from government contracting. They entered into an immunity agreement with the Competition Bureau whereby they agreed to testify at the trial of those charged. Bisson has recently had his security clearance revoked as a result of an apparent misunderstanding of his situation. This significantly affects the company’s ability to carry out government contracts. We have been retained to reinstate his clearance through a judicial review process.

Without his security clearance, Bisson is unable to participate in any government contracting and the company may have its security clearance downgraded as a result. This would mean the loss of several contracts worth millions of dollars.
