We advise on the regulatory work and environmental assessment of the Eagle Mountain – Woodfibre Gas Pipeline for FortisBC. The pipeline is a 52 km long natural gas pipeline plus compressor station. Passing through the traditional territory of the Squamish First Nation, permitting includes both a provincial regulatory process and a unique regulatory process managed by Squamish First Nation.
