Faheema Rahim is a Senior Associate in the Fasken Johannesburg Corporate & Commercial practice group. She has experience advising clients in various industries, including energy, telecommunications, financial services and mining on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and unbundling, company law, corporate governance, contract law, private equity and venture capital transactions.
