Through intentional action, ongoing learning, and constructive engagement we aim to foster an equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment.
Creating greater transparency and accountability is an important part of our journey. In our first Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Progress Report, we share our focus, commitment, and future direction, as well as some of the results of the work we have done so far. While we still have some distance to cover, we want to express gratitude to our Firm Members for their invaluable contributions that have led us this far.
