François Dion is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in our Québec City office. His practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation as well as competition and administrative law.
In his litigation practice, François represents companies in contractual disputes, civil liability claims and shareholder conflicts.
François also advises companies on the application of the Competition Act in matters such as mergers and acquisitions, Competition Bureau investigations and compliance.
He also assists public bodies and companies with tendering processes and contract management.
