Gabriel Gagné is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial Group at our Québec City office. He joined Fasken in 2024, after successfully completing his articling at the firm.
His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and transactional law. More specifically, he is involved in mergers and acquisitions, financing and corporate reorganizations. He is called upon to draft corporate documents and commercial contracts of all kinds.
Gabriel is also involved in financing and banking transactions, representing financial institutions and borrowers in national and regional project and bank financing.
