Geneviève Burdon is a lawyer in Fasken’s Knowledge and Practice Innovation team and works with the Emerging Technology group across the Firm.
As a Knowledge and Practice Innovation lawyer for the Emerging Technology group, Geneviève focuses her practice on tracking new and emerging legal developments as well as developing knowledge management initiatives and legal technology innovations to ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of high-quality legal services. Geneviève works with the Emerging Technology team to create purpose-built legal resources and content and maximize use of the firm’s intellectual capital.
Prior to joining Fasken, Geneviève was a corporate lawyer at another leading Canadian law firm. Geneviève has a broad range of experience in corporate law with an emphasis on private equity/venture capital investments, emerging and high growth companies, corporate finance, corporate governance and private mergers and acquisitions.
