George Soules is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial and securities law practice. George has been involved in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, securities regulation and corporate governance.
George graduated magna cum laude from the Canadian & American Dual JD Program at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. At law school, George served as the Business Manager for the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues and was a Teaching Assistant for first year Contract law. George was also inducted into the Justice Frank Murphy Honor Society, an honour reserved for those graduating in the top ten percent of their class who have contributed significantly to the law school. Prior to attending law school, George completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts, Philosophy Specialist program at the University of Toronto.
George summered and articled with the Firm and was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission.
