Guy Rouleau is a partner in the Business Law Group in our Montreal office. With more than two decades of experience, he advises local and international clients from various sectors on complex commercial legal issues.
Guy notably supports companies doing business in Quebec in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, the sale and distribution of products, and transactions involving intellectual capital.
In particular, Guy has significant experience working with clients in the information technology, engineering and consulting, and manufacturing industries. Moreover, he has been recognized as one of Canada's top lawyers in the field of information technology by the Best Lawyers in Canada Directory.
In addition to his professional practice, Guy is involved in his community, sitting on the board of directors of the Quebec Technology Association (AQT) and also acting as its secretary.
Prior to joining Fasken, Guy was a partner and member of the board of directors of a Quebec law firm.
