Overview

Henry Gray helps clients obtain clearance for corporate transactions under the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act.

Henry advises on all aspects of the Investment Canada Act and has advised several clients, including state-owned enterprises, through high-profile national security reviews and net benefit reviews. He also regularly advises on global and domestic merger reviews under the Competition Act. In addition, Henry advises on Competition Act compliance matters, including trade association activities.

Henry is a graduate of the Programme de common law en français at the University of Ottawa. He maintains a bilingual practice, serving clients in both English and French.

Henry summered and articled with the firm before becoming an associate in 2023.
