Jaiden Medford earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University in May 2022. During his undergraduate studies, he served as an emergency healthcare worker at the Grace Dart Extended Care Centre in Montréal, contributing on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This experience deepened his interest in biotechnology and innovation, prompting him to explore roles across both the public and private sectors. He subsequently worked within the Ministry of National Revenue and CPCS Telecom in Montréal. He is also an alumnus of the third cohort of the 1834 Fellowship, a program dedicated to developing Black leaders in Canada.
Motivated by a passion for public policy, innovation, and technology, Jaiden chose to pursue a legal career at Fasken. While studying law, he served as the Common Law Chapters Representative for the Black Law Students’ Association of Canada. He remains actively involved in community service, particularly in initiatives supporting public health.
Dedicated to delivering forward-looking solutions, Jaiden is eager to collaborate with Fasken’s dynamic legal team to support clients as they navigate business challenges in an ever-evolving landscape.
